Catering for EMO Hannover

Hanover hosts the 2023 edition of EMO, a trade fair dedicated to the world of industrial production and related technologies. The Zanardelli Catering brigade flies to Germany together with Innse-Berardi, specialized in the engineering, production and commissioning of machine tools, a strategic asset of the Camozzi Group.

The menu, prepared by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, offered breakfasts, finger food, appetizers and meals capable of satisfying tens of thousands of visitors from all over the world. With an imprint always linked to the Italian tradition, the catering service menu combines the best of Made in Italy with ingredients and palates from all over Europe.

The hospitality of the stand was taken care of by a brigade of professionals, trained in hotel management, with an elegant and unique style, a combination that allowed the customer to impress the guests with a combination of taste, quality and originality.
