Catering for IAA Munich

For the opening of the autumn season, Zanardelli Catering returns to Munich for the 2023 edition of IAA, the fair dedicated to the world of mobility and the automotive industry. Five days of the fair which attract hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over the world. The mobility sector is in fact participating in a revolution driven by the electrification of vehicles of all sizes.

Our catering service will guarantee exceptional hospitality for an exceptional company in the sector: Industrie Saleri. The menu, curated by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, combines the tradition of typical Italian dishes with an audience of guests with international tastes.

The catering service, supervised by a professional hotel training brigade made up of chefs and waiters, combined with the care of crockery and stands, guarantees a vivid and tasty memory for each served guest.
